The young girl prances down the street of Gloria with her father a few paces in front, the girl had not been beyond her families property for some time now, and the streets had changed immensely.
She stops at a new stall which had popped up along her path. Shes spots a glimmering piece of jewelery amongst the ratty clothes.
"Oh! Daddy look at this? Can I get it? Pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease??!"
"Come along girl, we're already late." Her father replies.
"Pleaaaase--"
"No."
The girl pouts, her hand still touching the bracelet.
"Go, take it." A voice from behind the stall speaks softly.
"Oh! You sure?!"
"It suits you, dear." The woman responds to the astounded girl with a smile.

"Thankyou so much, lady!" She grins and skips off after her father, he not noticing that she was lagging behind.
The woman watches the girl wander off, cusping her clawed hands together, a smile and a single tear can be seen from under the hood.
This is to do with my webcomic in progress, 'Euphorium'. x3 Although there is something wrong in this picture, theres a severe lack of creaturessss in this. xD They all look more human than usual for me. xDD

This is a flashback of one of the characters, back 20 years before the start of the main characters adventures, however it is in the same city that the story originally begins in, called Gloria City.
Back 20 years ago, those whom weren't born human were forced to hide their differences for fear of hate bashings.
Poverty is also very high in the area, the vast majority of the population mostly work hand to mouth, with those few with money generally being born into a wealthy family.

Anyway, Im not gonna write any more for fear of spoilers and also I am tired as butts.
This took me a good 6 hours to do, but I had fun so its all good. xD

I do love artworks that tells a story, but what I don't get is why it titled 20 years. XD. but I do love the artwork. so good job.
